Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international clients to understand and gather requirements.
  • Handle bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing portals.
  • Prepare professional documents such as

    BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), Proposals, and RFPs

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project scope with client expectations.
  • Convert leads into successful projects through effective pre-sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in bidding, freelancing platforms, and client engagement.
  • Hands-on knowledge of creating BRDs, FRDs, and related documentation.
  • Ability to convert leads into projects and contribute to business growth.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT company is mandatory.
