Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst in our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Understanding business requirements and translating them into detailed use cases and breaking them down into user stories/tasks. - Acting as an interface between the client, technical teams, and support teams. - Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements. - Creating functional specifications for developers and testers. - Planning sprints, monitoring daily scrum meetings to identify and resolve impediments. - Working closely with the UX team for new UI designs and reviews. - Identifying, managing, and controlling changes provided by the client, tracking and reporting progress to all responsible stakeholders. - Testing and auditing the functionality to assess the quality of deliverables at periodic intervals and providing UAT support. - Creating BRDs, User Stories, Flow diagrams, and UX design. - Monitoring the testing tasks and practices on a regular basis to ensure product testing is on track. - Conducting product demos for clients on a regular basis. - Investigating and responding to routine or standard requests and queries from the client. - Providing post-release go-live support for resolving issues. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. - Well-versed with SDLC concepts and ability to work cohesively with Dev and QA team members. - Project management/Agile/Scrum experience, including experience in using Jira to manage projects. - Experience in Web and Windows applications. - Good to have - Previous experience or background in Shipping ERP systems and technology. - Database query skills (e.g. Microsoft SQL or equivalent). - Strong verbal and written communication skills.,
