Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  gather, document, and analyze business requirements

  for FinTech products and platforms.
• Bridge the gap between

  finance teams and technical teams

  to ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.
• Prepare detailed

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and data mapping documents

  .
• Support

  API integrations, data validation, and automation of financial processes

  .
• Perform

  gap analysis

  , identify process improvement opportunities, and suggest scalable digital solutions.
• Coordinate

  UAT and end-user training

  to ensure successful implementation.
• Work closely with

  engineering, QA, and product management teams

  in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  in

  FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology

  domains.
• Strong understanding of

  banking workflows, payments, lending, investment, or accounting systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  API integrations, data flow diagrams, and SQL/data analysis

  .
• Experience in

  Agile / Scrum methodology

  using tools like

  JIRA, Confluence

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  RegTech, InsurTech, or digital payment ecosystems

  .
• Exposure to

  AI / automation in finance workflows

  .
• Experience with

  BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)

  or

  data analytics

  .

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Certifications such as

  CBAP / Agile BA / Product Owner / FinTech specialization

  are a plus.
