Business Analyst - Pega

You have over 8 years of IT and BA experience, preferably in BPM and Process Management, with extensive exposure in the banking sector. It is essential to have experience in Pega Development or a basic understanding of Pega concepts. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use while interacting with clients. You should be able to understand the business vision and effectively translate it into technology impacts and solutions. Agile knowledge is necessary as you will be acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management, and documentation. Your role will require a high degree of creativity and initiative, along with workshop facilitation skills. Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts is expected. A Bachelor's Degree is also required for this position.
