Business Analyst - Pega

You should have at least 8 years of overall IT and Business Analysis experience, preferably in BPM and Process Management. Your exposure should be extensive in the Banking sector. It is essential to have experience in Pega Development or a solid understanding of Basic Pega concepts. Strong communication skills are a must, with a proven track record of effectively liaising with clients. You should be able to understand the business vision and translate it into technology impacts and solutions. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is required, as you will be acting as the bridge between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management, and documentation. A high degree of creativity, initiative, and workshop facilitation skills are expected in this role. Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts is necessary. A Bachelors Degree is also required for this position.
