Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for writing business requirements documents that thoroughly cover the user requirements. You will also plan and execute required testing, ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases. Additionally, you will undertake functional testing of the delivered functionality, provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing, and offer user training and support for system implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Write comprehensive business requirements documents covering user requirements - Plan and execute required testing with traceability between requirements and test cases - Undertake functional testing to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements - Provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing - Offer user training and support for system implementations - Engage, manage, and build relationships with business and technology stakeholders - Take ownership of technology deliveries from requirement through deployment - Provide ongoing support to technology teams including authoring/reviewing test cases and managing change requests - Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps, and communicate to stakeholders - Understand business requirements for front office platform design and translate into technology solutions Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Indian and International trade finance domain - Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering - Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead domain discussions,
