Job Description

You will be responsible for writing comprehensive business requirements documents that accurately capture the user needs. You will also be in charge of planning and executing the necessary testing procedures to ensure alignment between requirements and test cases. Your role will involve conducting functional testing of the delivered functionality to verify compliance with the requirements, documenting any issues encountered, and overseeing their resolution. Additionally, you will provide expert assistance to the business during User Acceptance Testing and offer user training and support for system implementations, including conducting user verification testing when necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will take ownership of technology deliveries from initial high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment phases. Your duties will also include providing ongoing support to technology teams by creating or reviewing test cases, resolving open issues, managing change requests, developing high-quality UAT plans, maintaining Issue Trackers, and ensuring visibility within the team and across wider program stakeholders. Identifying risks and issues early, devising mitigation strategies, and promptly communicating these to stakeholders are essential tasks within this role. Furthermore, you will be expected to comprehend business requirements for front office platform design and translate them into effective technology solutions. In order to excel in this position, you must possess at least 7 years of experience in the Indian and International trade finance domain. You should have a solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering is a must, along with exceptional communication skills that enable you to lead domain discussions effectively.,
