Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and experience with data tools to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business problems and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decisions
  
• Build dashboards and trackers to monitor channel and team performance
  
• Design incentive schemes, process payouts, and ensure timely releases for the sales force
  
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using Excel, MySQL, SQL, Power Bi to forecast trends and optimize performance
  
• Lead key performance improvement projects with measurable outcomes
  
• Own and maintain metrics for detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly business trend reports
  
• Support with data insights and funnel metric tracking across country/region/city levels
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college/university (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools Excel, SQL/MySQL, Python
  
• Experience in creating dashboards and performance tracking tools
  
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  
• Prior experience in a similar Business Analyst/Strategy/Data role preferred (25 years)
