• Experience

  : 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• HEDIS Knowledge

  : Specific experience or knowledge in

  HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set)

  . This is a set of standardized performance measures in healthcare, so experience with this is a key requirement.

• Notice Period

  : Serving notice period in January 2025

• Business Analysis Skills

  :
• Experience with

  business requirements gathering

  and documentation.
• Strong skills in

  data analysis

  and interpreting business data.
• Ability to facilitate

  stakeholder communication

  and meetings.
• Experience with

  project management

  methodologies.

• HEDIS Expertise

  :
• In-depth understanding of

  HEDIS measures

  and healthcare quality measures.
• Experience in

  healthcare data analysis

  , working with healthcare datasets (e.g., claims data, clinical data).
• Familiarity with

  healthcare regulations

  and

  quality improvement programs

  .
• Ability to analyze healthcare processes and propose improvements based on HEDIS data.

• Healthcare Industry Knowledge

• Experience in the

  healthcare domain

  , especially in understanding how HEDIS data impacts care delivery, outcomes, and reporting.

3. Tools & Technologies

• Experience with

  data analysis tools

  (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with

• Knowledge of

  project management tools

  like Jira, Confluence, etc.
