JD for Techno Functional BA for Onshore and Offshore.

Core BA skill set
Requirement analysis/ definition
Hands on User story writing
Stakeholder management
BRD / Process flow / UPN / BPMN hands on knowledge
Tech bent of mind
Ability to analyse integrations across systems.
Understanding of APIs/ EoD / Intra day messages etc.
Business + Tech architecture level appreciation.
Any experience working on a data project is preferable to have.
Flavour of AI / GenAI BA is highly desirable. Some one, who had implemented few projects in the past in AI use case.
