Gather and document business requirements for fraud monitoring across card and account transactions
Define fraud scenarios, thresholds, and exception handling rules
Collaborate with Fraud Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines
Coordinate integration across systems including:
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Ensure traceability of requirements through to implementation
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in fraud monitoring or financial crime projects
Strong understanding of card and account transaction flows
Experience in system integration projects involving banking platforms and fraud detection tools
Familiarity with alerting mechanisms and customer communication workflows
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
