Job Description

The Business Analyst-Ops Transformation role involves analyzing business operations to identify areas for improvement and transformation. You will be focusing on leveraging MS Excel and working in a hybrid model during day shifts to contribute to the company's efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience, with domain skills in Online and Hi-Tech being advantageous. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for operational transformation, utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and generating insightful reports, developing and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators, supporting the implementation of new systems and processes, conducting regular reviews of business operations, providing training and support to team members, facilitating workshops and meetings, monitoring industry trends, assisting in the development of business cases, communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to operational excellence and innovation. Qualifications for this role include demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel, possessing strong analytical skills, having excellent communication skills, showing experience in Online and Hi-Tech domains, exhibiting the ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility for day shifts, displaying strong organizational skills, and presenting a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.,
