Business Analyst

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and project documentation, while being proficient with Jira and other project management tools.
• This role requires excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders during US/overlap shifts (2:30 AM - 10:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools for requirement tracking and project reporting.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth defect management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure clear and timely communication across distributed teams in different time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Excellent skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to create wireframes, workflows, and process maps (using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in early morning IST shifts (2:30 AM - 10:30 AM).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Agile BA.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools for data-driven analysis.
• Hands on skill with Project Management tools.
