About the role:

This is a high-impact role wherethe incumbent will play a pivotal part in driving key growth initiatives. Theindividual will be responsible for translating data into actionable insightsand managing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution acrossmultiple workstreams.

What will you be doing:

• Providing actionable insightswhile driving the execution of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Identifyingand defining organizational cohorts based on purchase behavior, company size,and industry; tracking performance and creating dashboards and indicators forin-depth analysis.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Revenue, Product, andother key teams to align on business objectives.
• Delivering high-impactqualitative and quantitative analysis aligned with business needs for keyreviews and strategic discussions.
• Identifying process improvement opportunitiesto enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Conducting competitorbenchmarking and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partneringwith management to prioritize business goals and address critical informationrequirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Engineering graduate with over 3years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of analyticaltools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Omniture, withexperience in leveraging them to drive reporting automation.
• Ability to gobeyond reporting data by identifying broader trends, deriving insights, and effectivelycommunicating them to internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI,and other analytical tools is a plus.
