About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive business improvements. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative supply chain solutions and optimize existing processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably within product-based or technology-driven environments. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Yellow Belt) are highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence. Proficiency in analytics tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, and familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project are essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project documentation standards. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking are critical for success in this role. Exposure to AI, data-driven product environments, or security technology domains will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and operations to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to perform in-depth analysis, identify trends, and generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives using frameworks like Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers, in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Support the deployment of new solutions, providing training and support to end-users as required.
