Business Analyst - Life Asia

As a Life Asia/Group Asia Business Analyst, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the insurance domain, particularly in insurance systems like Life Asia/Group Asia. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and create BRD/SRS/FRS documents - Coordinate with various stakeholders, including the development team, for requirement elicitation, documentation, testing, development, and sign-offs - Conduct detailed gap analysis post requirement gathering using Life Asia and Group Asia - Oversee and test new changes in the Life Asia/Group Asia application - Define project requirements, identify milestones, phases, and elements, establish project teams, and set project budgets - Provide solutions and designs, in collaboration with the development team, for the Life Asia/Group Asia application to achieve delivery excellence - Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables with high quality, adhering to application development standards and release management procedures - Analyze root causes, assess impacts, provide solutions and recovery options, including data correction - Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing sessions with peers regularly Qualifications/Experience: Essential: - A recognized degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent - Minimum three years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically with Life Asia/Group Asia as a Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst Desirable: - Insurance certifications like III or LOMA - Good interpersonal and communication skills Technical Skills: - Applications: Life Asia, Group Asia, CRM - Operating Systems: OS/400, Windows (Note: Additional Details section has been omitted as it does not contain relevant information for the job description),
