Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the core insurance system Life Asia/Group Asia. Your main tasks will involve designing, building, integrating, and testing new changes in the Life Asia/Group Asia application. Additionally, you will need to provide solutions and designs for the application, complete development tasks on time with high quality, and provide first-level support to incidents reported by application users. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, integrate, and test new changes in the Life Asia/Group Asia application. - Provide solutions and designs for the application to achieve delivery excellence. - Complete assigned development tasks on time with high quality. - Adhere to application development standards and release management procedures. - Provide first-level support to incidents reported by application users and resolve them within defined SLA. - Analyze root causes, assess impacts, and provide solutions and recovery, including program fixes and data correction. - Provide data extraction and query reporting services. - Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing with peers regularly. Qualifications Required: - A recognized degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent. - At least three years of experience as a developer on Life Asia/Group Asia. Additional Details: Location: Mumbai/NCR/Remote Years of Experience: 3+ Desirable Qualifications: - Good understanding of the insurance domain would be an advantage. - Insurance certifications like III or LOMA. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
