Business Analyst - Lending Systems

You are an experienced Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Loan Management Systems (LMS) who will be collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams. Your role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to the loan management system. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during deployment. Monitoring system issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies are also key responsibilities. Your skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in lending or financial services.
