Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Wealth Management (Domain Knowledge in must) Location: [Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai/ Mumbai/Pune Experience: 5-15 Years Job Type: Full-Time Department: Business Analysis Mode of Work : Hybrid Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst with in-depth experience in the Wealth Management domain . The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications for development and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows for Wealth Management platforms and services. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define solution scope and ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other documentation to guide the development and QA teams. Facilitate and participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Wealth Management, providing insights on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Support testing teams in validating solutions and performing user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing automation or optimization strategies. Ensure proper documentation and version control for all business artifacts. Track and report progress on deliverables, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Primary Skills: Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management , including investment products, portfolio management, financial planning, advisory, and compliance. Proven experience in business analysis , requirement elicitation , and stakeholder management . Proficiency in creating BRDs , FRDs , use cases , process flows , and user stories . Familiarity with tools like JIRA , Confluence , MS Visio , or similar documentation platforms. Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Secondary Skills: Knowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II, FATCA, or SEC guidelines. Exposure to Wealth Management platforms (e.g., Charles River, Temenos, Avaloq, or similar). Basic understanding of data analysis and SQL for data validation. Experience with API documentation and integration projects is a plus. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is desirable. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
