Must-Have Skills

1. 8-10 years

   of relevant experience as a

   Functional Business Analyst

   , preferably in

   digital or sustainability-driven projects

2. Bachelor s degree in

   Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Engineering

   , or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of

   business analysis methodologies

   and

   product discovery techniques

   (e. g. , stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, use case analysis).
4. Proven ability to

   elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

   and translate them into actionable

   user stories

   and

   functional specifications

   .
5. Excellent ability to

   collaborate with business stakeholders and end users

   to capture needs, gather feedback, and validate outcomes.
6. Strong

   communication and stakeholder management

   skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
7. Experience with

   requirements management and tracking tools

   (e. g. , Jira, SpiraTest).
8. Hands-on experience in

   functional testing, regression validation

   , and ensuring delivery quality.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Knowledge and understanding of

   Sustainability and Eco-Design practices

   including

   carbon footprint assessment

   green IT principles

   .
2. Knowledge in

   sustainability reporting frameworks

   (e. g. , GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, or similar).
3. Experience working in

Key Responsibilities
