Business Analysis & Documentation:

Conduct detailed business analysis and prepare comprehensive
"As-Is" and "To-Be" documentation

Map current processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows.
Lead
Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirement Gathering & Specification:

Prepare
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
in alignment with stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.

RFP & Bid Management:

Draft
Request for Proposals (RFPs)
with clear and actionable project requirements.
Manage the
bid process
, including vendor evaluation and proposal analysis.
Ensure alignment of vendor solutions with project goals and compliance standards.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech
with
MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University.
Minimum
6 years
of experience in large-scale
government projects.
Relevant experience in
at least 2 Central Government Schemes/Programmes
