Business Analyst - IT Workday

Key Responsibilities: - Support the HCM work stream and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality - Configure and test the Workday system - Research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues - Collaborate with business teams to support new requirements in Workday - Analyze Workday updates and provide recommendations to the business - Provide support to the core HCM application - Keep the Project Manager informed with status updates - Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments - Demonstrate strong systems thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Build rapport with customer groups and collaborate with team members effectively - Work independently with short deadlines and possess strong communication skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday - Workday Certification is a plus - 3+ years of HCM experience, preferably in a Senior Analyst or Consultant role - Experience in Core HCM, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, and Benefits of Workday - Deep understanding of Human Resources Processes and Master Data - Education: B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience,
