Business Analyst - IT Workday

As a Business Analyst at Micron Technology, you will contribute to the vision of transforming how the world uses information to enrich life. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders in project teams using Agile/Waterfall methodologies to deliver new capabilities and business value. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring, developing, maintaining, and supporting Micron applications - Collaborating with Human Resources stakeholders and team members to analyze, design, and develop application requirements Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday - Workday Certification is a plus - 3+ years of HCM experience, preferably in a Senior Analyst or Consultant role - Experience in Core HCM, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, and Benefits of Workday - Deep understanding of Human Resources Processes and Master Data - Education: B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience Micron Technology, Inc. is dedicated to delivering innovative memory and storage solutions that transform how information is used to enrich life for all.
