Job Description

As a Business Analyst specializing in IT Project Management, your role involves independently managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients, developers, and stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from requirements to delivery. You will be responsible for: - Acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and developers. - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. - Translating needs into technical/functional requirements. - Managing multiple IT projects independently. - Conducting client meetings, requirement workshops, and reviews. - Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and providing solutions. - Preparing documentation, user manuals, and training materials. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS (Masters preferred). - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT. - Proficiency in SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum Master, etc. - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and MS Project. Preferred skills include knowledge of software development, APIs, and system integrations, as well as expertise in creating wireframes, process flows, and documentation.
