Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to enhance business processes and systems. Your main tasks will include: Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing the business requirements of the organization - Conducting market research and data analysis - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders - Developing business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows - Participating in the implementation and testing of solutions - Continuously evaluating and improving business processes and systems Qualifications Required: - Fresher/Intern - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please note, this is a full-time permanent position with a 5-day working schedule from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
