Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and assist in delivering data-driven insights that support decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives.

• Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Help prepare user stories, use cases, and business process documentation.

• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• A monthly stipend will be provided to support the intern during the internship period.
