Business Analyst - Intern

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements effectively. Your role will involve creating and maintaining various essential documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Collaboration with developers and QA teams will be a key aspect of your responsibilities as you work together to create comprehensive test cases that cover all business scenarios. You will be expected to work in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the overall project success. Managing and tracking requirements, user stories, and bugs using tools like JIRA or similar platforms will be an essential part of your daily tasks. You will also be involved in performing gap analysis, process mapping, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and efficiency of the deliverables. Your role will require you to ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders to maintain transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
