Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern at our company based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in improving business processes, systems, and data. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Facilitating workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve conflicts. - Translating business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. - Analysing and validating requirements to ensure feasibility, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives. - Working closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist in solution design. - Collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. - Providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, including requirement clarification, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to mitigate potential impacts. - Continuously striving to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business analysis activities. Minimum Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices. - Proficiency in requirement management tools, business process modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
