As a intern business analyst, the candidate will be supporting the business analysis team at Five 9s Solutions One of the main responsibilities will be understanding and supporting the businesses systems, strategies and projects The candidates day to day activities as a business analyst intern will include assisting in writing project reports, conducting required research, analysing project and market data The candidate should have the ability to identify and meet the businesses needs and requiements, and also have the ability to evaluate and recommend improvement methods aligining with the businesses current strategies and operational goals Primary Responsibilities: Assist in gathering project requirements Be able to develop proposals, design frameworks and provide solutions Support in data collection Analyse data Assist in conducting required research to meet business expectations Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders Learn and utilize required softwares and tools Assist professionals in planning business projects Anticipate and meet business requirements Be able to adapt to each projects needs and requirements Support the business analyst team in developing plans and strategies Evaluate and process new system resources Create technical reports Monitor the progress of multiple projects Ability to work in a team Reporting and Contacts Internal Contacts: Business Analyst Person Specification Essential Relevant Skills and Experience: Previous business analyst experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking Decision making skills The ability to face new challenges The ability to work on multiple projects at once Familarity with business tools Experience using MS office Decision making skills Desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience using file management systems The ability to create content Jama Software SQL Jira SAP Understanding of Agile Methodologies Knowledge of CRM systems Essential Relevant Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors/masters degree in business Recruitment Process Review CV/Resume for each candidate Initial telephone / online meeting (teams / Zoho / Zoom) Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests) If Applicable Technical Interview In person / online Final Interview Head of Department / Line Manager Reference check
