What We’re Looking For:

• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer handling

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Female candidates preferred
• Prior experience in customer support or online promotions is a bonus

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR tasks like documentation, coordination, and communication
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth internal workflow
• Help manage client inquiries and sales follow-ups
• Provide chat, phone, and email support for our software products (training provided)
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and promote content on social media platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and internal processes
