As a Business Analyst II/ Release Functional Manager within the Corporate platforms team at S&P Global, your role will involve leading technology initiatives specifically focused on managing end-to-end AEM platform releases for large-scale, customer-facing websites. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Scrum teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and enabling seamless release management. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading technical delivery for Enterprise Marketing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART). Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and gather business requirements to translate into detailed technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead technical delivery for Enterprise Marketing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe). - Partner with various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed technical specifications, and obtain requirements sign-off. - Provide subject matter expertise on AEM capabilities, guide solution design, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. - Own and manage the release calendar, coordinating end-to-end AEM release planning, execution, and monitoring. - Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize release processes and integration. - Lead QA, UAT, and go-live activities to ensure timely delivery of AEM releases. - Monitor team progress, manage risks, and dependencies across teams. - Contribute to building a high-performing team by fostering continuous improvement and promoting a culture of innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Release functional manager in a software development environment. - Expertise in Agile project management tools, CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, and governance. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager CMS tool (AEM). - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner, SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, or Professional Scrum Master. - Open to working flexible hours as per business needs.
