Business Analyst – IAM


Location:PAN India

Experience Level:5–10 years

Employment Type:Contract-to-Hire

Notice Period :Immedidate Joiners (max 10 days of np)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like

    SailPoint

    ,

    Okta

    ,

    Azure AD

    ,

    Ping Identity

    , or

    BeyondTrust

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    IAM protocols

    (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with

    RBAC

    ,

    PAM

    ,

    SSO

    ,

    MFA

    , and

    Active Directory

    .
  • Skilled in writing

    BRDs, FRDs

    , and

    user stories

    .
  • Proficiency in tools like

    JIRA

    ,

    Confluence

    ,

    ADO

    , and

    Visio

    .
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
