Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst specializing in APIs, you will be a valuable addition to our expanding Product team. Your role will involve a cohesive blend of macro-level strategic planning and micro-level tactical execution, utilizing Agile Product Management & Development methodologies to drive the growth and success of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into precise product specifications, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of products. Acting as the liaison between the business and technology realms, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, managing priorities, and delivering exceptional products that cater to our customers" needs. To excel in this role, you must meticulously maintain the product backlog, ensuring that stories are detailed adequately or consulting with relevant business units. You will document workflows and functional requirements for the engineering team, as well as provide guidance on expected acceptance criteria to the QA teams. Your critical thinking skills will be put to the test as you analyze data, identify underlying principles, and make informed decisions even under pressure. Collaboration and teamwork will be key attributes as you navigate the Agile development processes, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization to facilitate the efficient delivery of high-quality products. Your self-accountability will drive the effectiveness of your product domain in achieving broader strategic business objectives through the formulation and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans. Moreover, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of your product's target markets, features, limitations, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Your collaboration with the client will be instrumental in ensuring alignment and success.
