About The Role
We're hiring a
Business Analyst
to lead and mentor a dedicated team of analysts responsible for creating business-focused content aimed at enhancing AI models. This role requires a combination of leadership, quality assurance, and domain expertise aligned with MBA-relevant areas to ensure the outputs are accurate, logically coherent, and aligned with project objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a leadership capacity, managing workflows, providing guidance, and ensuring high standards of content quality. No prior AI experience is necessary, making it accessible to professionals with strong analytical and managerial backgrounds seeking to contribute to AI advancements through content and analysis.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in team management and 3-6 years in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-specific projects. A strong foundation in analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and effective communication is essential. Proficiency in working with structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown is required. While prior AI experience is not mandatory, familiarity with large language models (LLMs), case study development, or academic/research content will be considered a plus. Candidates must be available for full-time engagement (40 hours per week) and be prepared for immediate onboarding. This role is suited for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Assign tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality business content.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy, consistency, and logical soundness of outputs.

- Provide ongoing performance feedback, training, and career development opportunities to team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Guide the creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content across various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.
