Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can do more than report data - someone who can see the story behind the numbers and turn insights into strategy.

You’ll work at the intersection of business, data, and leadership — driving growth levers, spotting inefficiencies, and designing systems that make us faster, sharper, and smarter.

What You’ll Own

1 Business Intelligence & Decision Systems

Build and automate real-time dashboards that track revenue, margins, inventory, CAC, repeat rates, and contribution profit.

Design scalable, self-serve reporting systems used daily by marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the organisation.

2 Strategic & Growth Insights

Identify growth bottlenecks and expansion opportunities across categories, channels, and regions.

Partner with category and marketing heads to drive ROI-based decision-making.

Conduct ad-hoc deep dives that uncover trends, quantify impact, and inform high-stakes decisions.

3 Forecasting & Predictive Modelling

Use data science and statistical models to forecast demand, marketing performance, and inventory flow.

Build simulations that anticipate outcomes before we commit resources.

Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

4 Process & Profitability Optimization

Audit workflows across supply chain, merchandising, and campaigns - highlight leaks and design automation fixes.

Quantify and improve operational efficiency (inventory turnover, return rates, campaign ROAS, etc.).

Proactively spot risks before they turn into costs.

5 Leadership Enablement

Support founders and CXOs with data-backed business reviews, board decks, and strategic reports.

Create frameworks that turn chaos into clarity — enabling faster, sharper decisions at the top.

Drive data literacy and insight culture across business teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Data Analytics (preferably in D2C, retail, or tech).
• Strong command over SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Python or R for predictive analytics.
• Understanding of e-commerce KPIs — CAC, AOV, inventory turns, retention, and contribution margin.
• Strategic thinking + analytical sharpness + strong storytelling.
• Obsession with turning data into action.
