Business Analyst- Forex & Treasury

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at QualityKiosk Technologies Private Limited in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to the Treasury domain and Forex products. Your role will involve deal booking, position management, limit maintenance, order booking, settlements, and managing Usance/Sight Bills. Additionally, having knowledge of the Murex application would be beneficial. Strong customer management skills, understanding of STLC concepts, test design techniques, change management, and defect management are also key aspects of this role. You will be required to design test scenarios and cases, maintain RTM, and act as a liaison between clients and testers. Multitasking, effective communication, and customer onboarding for Treasury products will be essential in this role. Familiarity with Jira is preferable. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge in Treasury domain & Forex Products - Handle deal booking and perform Secondary Actions on Forwards like Rollover, Early utilization, Cancellation - Manage positions and maintain limits - Book orders including Limit/Take Profit/Stop Loss/OCO/If Done Orders - Process settlements and Usance/Sight Bills - Utilize Murex application knowledge effectively - Demonstrate strong customer management skills - Understand STLC Concepts, Test Design Techniques, Change Management, and Defect Management - Design Test Scenarios & Cases, and Maintain RTM - Act as a bridge between clients & Testers - Ability to follow-up & Multitask effectively - Exhibit good communication skills - Understand customer onboarding for Treasury products - Preferably have knowledge in Jira Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Treasury domain & Forex products - Strong understanding of STLC Concepts, Test Design Techniques, Change Management, and Defect Management - Excellent communication and customer management skills - Previous experience with Murex application would be advantageous - Familiarity with Jira is preferable,
