Job Description

As a Nucleus IT Projects Business Analyst, your role involves identifying and documenting the business needs of clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial part in determining feasible solutions to meet business needs and resolve problems. Your growth in this position will lead you to become an active thought partner and solution visionary, shaping technology demand and direction within the business community. Key Responsibilities: - Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements such as health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations. - Translate business requirements into functionality and evaluate risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of different solution options. - Analyze and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand current value and issues, identifying areas for enhancement. - Develop clear documentation to articulate requirements and related details, ensuring alignment with the solution throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain traceability of requirements from initial business needs to testing, scope changes, and the final solution. Qualifications Required: - Experience working in Financial (and/or Commodity) Credit Risk Management would be beneficial.
