As a Nucleus IT Projects Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. This position offers you the opportunity to evolve into an active thought partner and solution visionary, influencing the technology demand and direction within the business community. Your key responsibilities in this role include: - Accurately capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, encompassing health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations. - Translating business requirements into functionality, evaluating risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of different solution options. - Analyzing and modeling processes, data flows, and technology to comprehend current value and issues, and identifying areas for enhancement. - Developing clear documentation to communicate requirements and pertinent information, ensuring it remains updated to align with the evolving solution throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensuring traceability of requirements from business needs and specifications, through testing and scope modifications, to the final solution. Ideally, the candidate for this role should possess experience in working within Financial (and/or Commodity) Credit Risk Management.,
