Business Analyst - Finance

As a Business Analyst - Finance at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial process transformation and ERP projects. Your expertise in SAP, ARIS, and MS365 Co-Pilot will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial business processes and document requirements for SAP/ERP projects. - Support the implementation of SAP solutions and ensure alignment with business needs. - Work with ARIS for process modeling and documentation. - Utilize MS365 Co-Pilot and Office tools for reporting, dashboards, and automation. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in SAP (finance modules preferred). - Experience with ARIS process modeling. - Knowledge of MS365 Co-Pilot tools for productivity and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
