Business Analyst DTC Customer Discovery

Role Overview: The Customer Discovery Team is an integral part of the broader Direct To Consumer (DTC) team at Dr. Martens. The team's focus is in alignment with the corporate strategy of prioritizing customers and direct relationships with them. Being customer-centric, the team utilizes cutting-edge technologies to provide authentic customer service in line with brand values. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse and document business requirements for complex front-end multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate capture and communication of business needs. - Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks, as well as resolving requirements-related bottlenecks. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and showcase the impact of business analysis. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Business Analyst experience with e-commerce platforms like SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud/ Salesforce Commerce/ Magento. - Domain expertise in Retail/FMCG (preferred). - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
