Business Analyst (Deputy/ Assistant Manager)

As a Deputy Manager, Business Analyst in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in utilizing analytics tools to conduct in-depth analysis and unstructured problem-solving within the collections business. Your primary responsibilities will include making recommendations to enhance the profitability and operational efficiency of the business based on your analysis. You will design strategies and oversee the implementation of these recommendations. Additionally, you will be accountable for sharing your findings with VP-level leaders globally and ensuring successful implementation with support. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed analysis and unstructured problem-solving using analytics tools - Make recommendations to enhance business profitability and operational processes - Design strategies for implementing recommendations - Communicate findings with VP-level leaders globally - Manage implementation with support Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in analytics or consulting - Expertise in Azure, Python (including Pandas and Pyspark), and SQL - Demonstrated experience in unstructured problem-solving and strong analytical aptitude - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in storyboarding and presentation skills - Project management capabilities and ability to multitask This is a permanent position with a hybrid work mode, requiring in-person presence at the Gurgaon location.,
