Business Analyst (Deputy/ Assistant Manager)

As a Deputy Manager, Business Analyst at our company based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in utilizing analytics tools to conduct unstructured problem-solving and detailed analysis within the collections business. Your primary responsibilities will involve making recommendations to enhance business profitability and operational processes by leveraging your analysis and designing strategies to implement these recommendations effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with effectively communicating findings to VP-level leaders globally and overseeing the implementation process with necessary support. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize expertise in Azure, Python (including Pandas), Pyspark, and SQL to perform in-depth analytics and problem-solving. - Demonstrate a strong analytical aptitude and experience in unstructured problem-solving. - Proficiency in using MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Showcase excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong storyboarding and presentation skills. - Manage projects efficiently and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in analytics or consulting. - Advanced knowledge of Azure, Python (including Pandas), Pyspark, and SQL. - Prior experience in financial services for at least 2 years. - Specific experience with Azure for 2 years, Python for 3 years, Pandas for 3 years, Pyspark for 3 years, and SQL for 2 years. - In-person work location preferred.
