Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Data Governance to join the Data & Analytics Group (DAG) at Wissen Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data governance initiatives across private investment domains, ensuring high-quality, traceable, and well-managed data across the organization. Experience : 4 -1 2 Years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities Review and resolve data quality issues within Investment Management (IM) data architecture. Drive the implementation of data governance frameworks as part of ongoing projects. Collaborate with data owners and cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of data issues. Manage the onboarding of data from various internal and external sources into central repositories. Define and implement data quality rules in collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams. Analyze business processes and data flows to identify and implement productivity enhancements. Document business requirements and data-related use cases. Oversee change control processes and support UAT activities. Proactively identify and escalate data issues. Support broader Data & Analytics Group (DAG) initiatives. Required Skills: Strong collaboration skills with both business and technology teams. Proficient in data analysis and tracing data lineage across systems. Experience working across complex organizational structures and virtual teams. Self-starter with strong problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team settings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Qualifications: Strong domain knowledge in investment banking and financial data. 4-12 years of experience in financial services or investment/asset management. Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and profiling. Familiarity with coding (Python is a plus). Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
