Job Description

As a BA-Data Analyst at Genpact, your role will involve performing pricing of spare parts and driving data analytics for the business. You will review pricing periodically, identify gaps, and make recommendations to enhance pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data extraction, collation, and cleaning in MS Excel/Access. - Ensure pricing data in ERP is up to date by identifying and executing necessary activities. - Fulfill ad hoc pricing analytics requests. - Conduct statistical and pricing analysis in Excel/Access. - Implement digitization and relevant machine learning algorithms to improve process efficiencies. - Support clients on data systems and analysis. - Utilize statistical tools to sanitize, segment, and normalize historical pricing information and master invoice data sets for price rate distribution visibility. Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Master's degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline. - Freshers from reputable institutes or universities or relevant work experience in the data analytics domain. - Curiosity is a must. Preferred qualifications: - Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and leverage large data sets for key business decisions. - Good understanding of basic statistics. - Positive mindset with a can-do attitude. - Knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Power BI is advantageous.
