As a Business Analyst (Customer Service) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be tasked with managing daily customer queries received through various communication channels on a 24/7 shift basis. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills, logical thinking, effective decision-making, maintaining positive customer relationships, investigation and diagnostic abilities, taking ownership of tasks, exceptional customer service aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving approach, working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, and proficiency in requirement gathering.
