Business Analyst CRM Integration & Validation

Role Overview: As a motivated Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration integration project utilizing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and ensure a successful transition by leveraging your strong background in CRM systems and data integration. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing data structures in Veeva CRM. - Define mapping strategies for data migration to Vault CRM. - Work closely with technical teams to design integration processes, workflows, and ETL requirements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and potential impacts of the migration. - Develop test plans, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure data integrity and compliance. - Create training materials, conduct training sessions, and educate users on new processes and the Vault CRM system. Qualification Required: - Strong background in CRM systems and data integration. - Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and gathering requirements. - Proficiency in designing integration processes, workflows, and ETL requirements. - Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and support user acceptance testing. - Ability to ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration process.,
