Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets, customer requirements, and business trends Arrange and participate in meetings with prospective clients to gather requirements and present solutions Collaborate closely with sales and presales teams to tailor offerings that meet client objectives Promote the company s products/services by understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly Maintain detailed records of sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, invoices, and project documentation Provide reliable and insightful feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement Offer post-sales support by ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients Mentor and guide entry-level analysts or junior staff to enhance team capabilities Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Presales Consultant, or in a related role with at least 6 years of experience Strong exposure to presales activities including proposal writing, requirement gathering, and solution demos Proven track record of supporting sales and business development functions Experience in customer-facing roles and handling client interactions effectively Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Strong command over English with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks MBA preferred
