Total Experience - 9 to 14 Years

Job Location - Greater Noida

Working Mode - Hybrid

Notice Period - Immediate - 10 Days

• Expertise in Business Analyst role with Airline domain experience GDS

• identify and communicate with key stakeholders

• Preparation of BRD reports and creating user stories

• Well versed with Agile methodology

• Good Experience in IT projects like website development

• Interacting with project client for better understanding of project needs

• Collaborate with Project client and Project Delivery team

• Liaise between various business departments and groups

• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling

• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams

• Analyzing business processes and identifying inefficiencies.

• Recommending solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.

• Facilitating communication between business teams and IT departments.

• Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and business proposals.

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.

• Ensuring projects stay on track by managing deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
