Dear Candidate, We are hiring for our immediate requirement for the role Business Analyst into Capital Planning. Exp - 6+ Years NP - Immediate to 15 Days Location - Pune, Hyderabad (Hybrid) JD - Job Description: Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SMEs) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables. Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solution and changes. Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT. Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables. Assist Project Manager and input into various reporting materials to key stakeholders. Support Project Manager / Product Owner to initiate and shape projects consistent with HSBC’s Business Transformation Framework (BTF) methodology. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications Business Analysis and Project Management Skillset Strong Project Management Skills Understanding of project delivery methodologies. Knowledge in documenting business and functional requirements Ability to understand data flows and document lineage. Ability to translate business requirements to user stories and effectively communicate the requirements to IT. Strong stakeholder management skills to drive actions and organisation skills to deliver tasks and deliverables timely. IT Skillset Proficiency and/or strong desire to learn, adopt and train people on new technologies (Cloud, Python, Big Query, SQL, Qlik / visualisation tools) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams) Knowledge and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology Finance Skillset (Desirable) Finance/ Treasury/ Risk project background, with knowledge of Capital requirements. Understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Capital Instruments.
