Business Analyst - BPO

As an MIS Analyst in our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards to monitor business performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. - Collaborating with various teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. - Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). - Supporting forecasting, staffing, and capacity planning through data analysis. - Providing actionable insights to enhance process efficiencies and agent productivity. - Developing automated reporting tools for improved data accessibility. - Ensuring data integrity and implementing proper validation checks. - Assisting in creating business strategies based on data-driven insights. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or Business Analyst in a BPO environment. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. - Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, or Google Data Studio. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Familiarity with call center software. - Experience in predictive analytics and trend forecasting. - Knowledge of customer journey mapping and sentiment analysis.
